OSM Marine was started in 2002 by Mike Miller, a Rhode Island native. His 41 years of marine experience include commercial fishing, commercial tugboat engineering and marine construction throughout Narragansett Bay. OSM Marine contracts with both private and commercial entities and operates 12 months a year.

Our team specializes in building and maintaining custom docks, new or updated construction of sea walls, boat lift installation, pile removal and installation, and dredging. We are also available for mooring maintenance services and marine salvage work.
